Taxation Act

145. Section 752.0.0.4 of the Taxation Act (chapter I-3) is amended by replacing “by the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail” in the introductory clause of the first paragraph by “by the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail, by the Minister of Justice under Title III of the Act to assist persons who are victims of criminal offences and to facilitate their recovery (chapter P-9.2.1) or by the person or body with whom or which that Minister has entered into an agreement under section 103 of that Act or section 27.3 of the Act to promote good citizenship (chapter C-20), as the case may be”.
