143. Section 25 of the Act is amended
(1)  by replacing “Fonds d’aide aux victimes d’actes criminels” in subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph by “fund dedicated to assistance for persons who are victims of criminal offences established under the Act to assist persons who are victims of criminal offences and to facilitate their recovery (chapter P-9.2.1)”;
(2)  by replacing “Fonds d’aide aux victimes d’actes criminels” in the second paragraph by “fund dedicated to assistance for persons who are victims of criminal offences”.
