76. The holder of a bar permit or of a restaurant sales permit may, during the hours when he uses his permit, sell alcoholic beverages in a room of his establishment, if it is a tourist establishment for which he is entitled under the Act respecting tourist establishments (chapter E-15.1) and the regulations to use the appellation “hotel”, “motel” or “inn”.
He may also, with the authorization of the board, install a device conforming to the standards prescribed by regulation, from which a person may at all times serve himself, in a room of that tourist establishment.
