15. (Repealed).

15. The Régie may simultaneously sit in divisions consisting of at least two directors designated by the chairman. In the case of a tie-vote, the matter is referred to the Régie sitting in plenary session.
When sitting in plenary session, four directors, including the chairman, are a quorum of the Régie. In the case of a tie-vote, the chairman has a casting vote.
The Régie may sit at any place in Québec.
