117.2. (Repealed).

117.2. A permit holder whose permit is renewed from the coming into force of a regulation made under paragraph 4 of section 114 is required to pay any fees and duties payable under the regulation, notwithstanding any notice the Régie may have sent to him pursuant to section 52.
