35.1. Any inspector or officer may, without a warrant, exercise the powers conferred on him by section 35 if the conditions for obtaining it exist and if, owing to exigent circumstances, the delay necessary to obtain the warrant may result in danger to the health of persons or animals or to the safety of persons, animals or property or in the disappearance, destruction or loss of evidence.
