1. The Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks is authorized to acquire by agreement or expropriation any immovable or immovable real right comprised in the territory of Mauricie Park described in Schedule A.

1. The Minister of Natural Resources, Wildlife and Parks is authorized to acquire by agreement or expropriation any immovable or immovable real right comprised in the territory of Mauricie Park described in Schedule A.
