Disposition versions
519. The declaration of registration of a natural person described in paragraph 1 of section 2 and operating a business on 31 December 1993 must be presented to the enterprise registrar for deposit not later than 1 July 1994.
The declaration of registration of a partnership described in paragraphs 2 and 3 of section 2 and existing on 31 December 1993 must be presented to the enterprise registrar for deposit not later than 1 January 1995.
519. The declaration of registration of a natural person described in paragraph 1 of section 2 and operating a business on 31 December 1993 must be presented to the Inspector General for deposit not later than 1 July 1994.
The declaration of registration of a partnership described in paragraphs 2 and 3 of section 2 and existing on 31 December 1993 must be presented to the Inspector General for deposit not later than 1 January 1995.
