52. (Repealed).

52. Whoever contravenes this division or a regulation otherwise than in operating an establishment without a permit is guilty of an offence and is liable, in addition to payment of the costs, to a fine of $50 to $500 for the first offence and to a fine of $100 to $2 000 for each subsequent offence within two years.
