11.12. No person shall spray, by sprinkler or otherwise, or dust, using chemical or biological products that are toxic to bees, a fruit tree or a plant of a species or category designated by regulation while the fruit tree or plant is in bloom.
That prohibition does not apply in the cases and on the conditions prescribed by regulation or where the spraying or dusting takes place as part of measures taken pursuant to the provisions of Chapter XI of the Public Health Act (chapter S-2.2) or the provisions of the Act respecting civil protection to promote disaster resilience (chapter S-2.4) dealing with states of emergency.
