Disposition versions
1. The object of this Act is to protect the health of plants grown for commercial purposes by a producer within the meaning of the Farm Producers Act (chapter P-28), other than plants destined for reforestation.
For the purposes of this Act, the term “plants” includes the parts and raw products of a plant.
