3.3. Upon failure by the owner or custodian of an animal or, where applicable, by the owner or person in charge of the premises or vehicle where there is or was an animal to comply with the order of a veterinary surgeon appointed under section 55.9.17, the latter may personally carry out the order at the expense of the owner, custodian or person in charge. The costs shall bear interest at the rate determined under section 28 of the Tax Administration Act (chapter A-6.002).

3.3. Upon failure by the owner or custodian of an animal to comply with the order of a designated veterinary surgeon, the latter may personally carry out the order at the expense of the owner or custodian. The costs shall bear interest at the rate determined under section 28 of the Tax Administration Act (chapter A-6.002).

3.3.
