Section 79.3
Disposition versions
79.3. Any person suffering injury because his current or projected exercise of an agricultural activity in an agricultural zone is restricted or prevented by reason of the application of a municipal planning by-law or nuisance by-law may apply for the intervention of a mediator.
79.3. Every producer who believes that he has been wronged or that he is likely to be wronged by the application of a municipal planning by-law or a municipal by-law respecting nuisance affecting his farming activities in an agricultural zone may file a complaint, in writing, with the commissioner.
