17. Except in respect of a question of jurisdiction, no extraordinary recourse provided for in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) may be exercised and no injunction may be granted against the commission or any of its members acting in their official capacity.
Except in respect of a question of jurisdiction, article 33 of the said Code does not apply to the commission or to any of its members acting in their official capacity.
A judge of the Court of Appeal may, on a motion, summarily annul any writ, order or injunction issued or granted contrary to this section.
