5. The disclosure of the report by the institution is governed by the provisions of the Act respecting health and social services information (chapter R-22.1), and does not require the authorization of the court under article 29 of the Civil Code.

The amendments made by 2023, c. 5, s. 228 are in force except as regards to the to the replacement, where that section applies to the records of beneficiaries in an institution referred to in the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5) and the information they contain; See Order in Council 946-2024 dated 5 June 2024, (2024) 156 G.O. 2, 2123.
5. The disclosure of the report by the institution is governed by the provisions relating to access to the person’s record contained in the legislation respecting health services and social services, and does not require the authorization of the court under article 29 of the Civil Code.
