76.4. After verifying that the measures proposed in the draft agreement or settlement respect the rights and interest of the child, the tribunal or the judge who presided over the settlement conference may order the implementation of those measures or any other measure it or he considers appropriate.

After establishing that the security or development of the child is in danger and verifying that the measures proposed in the draft agreement or settlement respect the rights and interest of the child, the tribunal or the judge who presided over the settlement conference may order the implementation of those measures or any other measure it or he considers appropriate.
