21. (Repealed).

21. The Commission has its seat at the place determined by the Government; it may, however, transfer it to another place with the approval of the Government; a notice of the location or of any change of the seat is published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
The Commission may hold its sittings anywhere in Québec.
