20. (Repealed).

20. The president is responsible for the day to day business of the Commission.
If the president is absent or unable to act, he shall be replaced by the vice-president.
If a member of the Commission is temporarily absent or unable to act, the Government may appoint a person to replace him while he is so absent or unable to act.
