37.4.2. From the time the child reaches 18 years of age and subject to section 37.4.3, only the child may have access to the information kept in his record in accordance with the Act respecting health and social services information (chapter R-22.1).
This section applies despite Divisions III and IV of Chapter III of the Act respecting health and social services information and Chapters IV, V and VI of that Act.
