28. On or before 30 September each year, the Public Protector shall transmit to the President of the National Assembly a report to the Assembly of his activities during the preceding calendar year.

The report shall set out the cases in respect whereof the Public Protector made a recommendation pursuant to section 26.2 or issued a notice pursuant to section 27 and, where such is the case, the corrective measures taken by the authority concerned.

28. On or before the 31st of March of each year, the Public Protector shall transmit to the President of the National Assembly a report of his activities during the preceding calendar year, and of his recommendations.

Such report shall be laid before the National Assembly if it is in session or, if it is not, within thirty days of the opening of the next session.

Such report shall be published and distributed by the Québec Official Publisher in the manner determined by resolution of the National Assembly or, failing such resolution, by order of the Government.
