Full text
24. Every intervention by the Public Protector shall be in private.
It may include an investigation if that is deemed expedient by the Public Protector.

24. The provisions of articles 307, 308 and 309 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall apply mutatismutandis to witnesses heard by the Public Protector.
