107. For any subsequent offence, the amount of the fine is doubled.

75. An offender who pays the required amount at the prescribed place within the time limit is deemed to have pleaded guilty, but such payment does not constitute an admission of civil liability.
On failure to make such payment, the notice of offence shall be laid before a justice of the peace, who may issue a summons.
