51. (1)  Proceedings instituted for contravention of this act or the regulations shall be brought by the Attorney General or by a person authorized by him.
(2)  (Subsection repealed).

51. (1)  Proceedings instituted for contravention of this act or the regulations shall be brought by the Attorney General or by a person authorized by him and Part II of the Summary Convictions Act applies.
(2)  In any proceedings under this act, the complaint or information may be lodged in the judicial district where keeping of the product has been ascertained and it shall then be heard and decided in such district.
