SCHEDULE A

Determination of the equivalence between the amount of the sums
due, the term of imprisonment and the period of the compensatory
work.

     1. The term of imprisonment for every offence and the
period of the compensatory work for every sum due at the time of
the agreement are computed according to the following table:

     2. Where the number of days or units for a portion is a
fraction, it is rounded off to the next integer.

     3. In computing the term of imprisonment, three days are
added to the total obtained under sections 1 and 2.
