32. (Repealed).

32. When during an inquiry contemplated in section 20 the Commission considers that a witness who previously made a declaration to the Commission, any member of it or a person it authorizes to make an inquiry, clearly attempts to mislead the Commission or evades truthful or satisfactory answers, it may allow proof of the declaration.
