Section 60
Disposition versions
60. The Minister shall transmit to the representative and to the regional county municipality a written notice indicating the name of the conciliator and the time granted for reaching an agreement.
60. Where the Minister receives, within the time granted, a copy of the decision of the representative or of the resolution of the regional county municipality proposing the negotiation of an agreement, he sall appoint a conciliator.
The Minister shall transmit to the representative and to the regional county municipality a written notice indicating the name of the conciliator and the time granted for reaching an agreement.
