210.3.1. The Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy may, at the request of a local municipality governed by the Municipal Code of Québec (chapter C-27.1), order that it be governed by the Cities and Towns Act (chapter C-19) or at the request of a municipality governed by the Cities and Towns Act, order that it be governed by the Municipal Code of Québec.
