146. The judge may confirm the decision submitted to him; conversely, he may quash the decision and render the decision which, in his judgment, should have been rendered in the first instance.

146. The Tribunal shall periodically publish a compilation of the decisions it has rendered.
It shall omit, where an order banning publication or release has been issued to such effect, any reference to the names of the parties and other persons involved, or to the information or documents contemplated by the order.
