11. (Repealed).

11. If the Bureau fails to pass a regulation in accordance with subparagraphs a and b of section 10 within the delay fixed by the Office des professions du Québec, the Office may pass such a regulation.

11. If the Bureau fails to pass a regulation in accordance with subparagraphs a and b of section 10 within the delay fixed by the Office des professions du Québec, the Office may pass such a regulation.
Every regulation passed by the Office under this section shall be submitted for approval to the Government and, once it approves it, shall come into force on the day of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or any later date fixed therein.
