A regional administrative conference recognized under Order in Council 107-2000 (2000, G.O. 2, 1480, French only), respecting the recognition of regional administrative conferences, is deemed to be established under section 21.4.7 of the Act respecting the Ministère des Affaires municipales, des Régions et de l’Occupation du territoire (chapter M-22.1).
