32. If an inspector notes the absence of a prescribed label or the non-conformity of a product with energy efficiency or energy conservation standards, the inspector may affix a special stamp prescribed by regulation to the product, indicating that it cannot be marketed. The product cannot be marketed until the inspector acknowledges that it conforms to the prescribed standards and removes the stamp.

The appliance cannot be marketed until the inspector acknowledges that it conforms to the prescribed standards and removes the stamp.
