13. The board of trustees determines the Museum’s strategic directions, sees to their implementation and inquires into any matter it considers important.

13. The accounts of the Museum shall be audited each year by a public accountant appointed by the general meeting of the members. The auditor shall not be chosen from among the trustees of the Museum.
