21. Any person who, not being a member in good standing of the corporation:(a) carries on business in Québec as a master electrician;
(b) infringes this act;
(c) permits it to be understood, or causes it to be presumed or believed, when it is not true, either by a title or by a capacity which he assumes, or by placing letters or signs before or after his name, or by any other means, that he has the right to carry on the trade of an electrical contractor, or usurps the title of master electrician or electrical contractor, commits an infraction of this act and is liable to a fine of $100 to $200 for a first offence, and of $200 to $1 000 for each subsequent offence within two years.
