14.1. (Repealed).
14.1. Any amount paid in respect of an employment-assistance measure, program or service designated by ministerial order is deemed to be an amount paid under Title I of the Act respecting income support, employment assistance and social solidarity (chapter S‐32.001) and is recoverable pursuant to the provisions of Chapter II of Title III of that Act.
