Disposition versions
324. The judge, in rendering final judgment, shall at the same time award costs in his discretion.
The Government may make a tariff of disbursements and fees in matters submitted to the Court of Québec under this Act.
The fees and travelling expenses of witnesses shall be taxed according to the tariff of the Court of Québec.

324. The Mining Judge, in rendering final judgment, shall at the same time award costs in his discretion.
The Government may make a tariff of disbursements and fees in matters submitted to the Mining Judge.
The fees and travelling expenses of witnesses before the Mining Judge shall be taxed according to the tariff of the Superior Court.
