305. Actions for the recovery of royalties, fees, rentals or other sums due to the Crown, under this Act or any regulation, shall be brought by the Attorney General or by a person generally or specially authorized by him for that purpose.

305. Actions for the recovery of royalties, fees, rentals or other sums due to the Crown, under this act or any regulation, shall be brought in the name of the Deputy Minister of Energy and Resources of Québec before any competent court of civil jurisdiction.
The Deputy Minister of Energy and Resources shall be sufficiently designated by his title of office without mention of his name.
