294. Each mining inspector, in the performance of his duties, shall have access to any mine at any time and the operator shall provide him with such assistance and means as may be necessary for the carrying out of his duties.
If an association of employees is certified according to the Labor Code to represent a group of the operator’s employees, the inspector may require it to designate one of them to accompany him.
