290. (Repealed).

290. In cases of emergency, upon the written request of the operator of a mine, stating his reasons therefor, the Minister may, by written instructions, suspend for a definite period therein stated, any provision of a regulation made under section 289. The Minister may at any time alter or cancel such instructions.
