236. A summary notice of the revocation shall be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec and the revocation takes effect on the date of such publication.

236. Ninety days after the service or the last publication of the notice, the Government may effect the revocation, unless the owner proves that such mineral rights are necessary to him as a reserve to secure the continuity of the mining undertakings carried on by him in Québec.
