Section 235

235. The Government may effect the revocation ninety days after the forwarding of the notice and the last publication.
235. When the Minister wishes to recommend the revocation of a mining concession or of mining rights, he shall cause a notice for that purpose to be served upon the owner. If the owner does not reside in Québec, or cannot be found, the Minister shall publish such notice in the manner prescribed in section 232.
