221. (Replaced).
221. The Government may make regulations respecting:
(a) the issuing, renewal, suspension or cancellation of licences;
(b) methods of boring or drilling and safety measures during the drilling of wells;
(c) the reports, samples and information that the licensee must supply;
(d) the sealing of dry or abandoned wells.
