130. When the Minister authorizes the holder of a mining lease or mining concession to dispose of lots, he may compel him to pay a portion of the price into the consolidated revenue fund and a portion into the municipal fund provided for in section 131.

When the Minister of Energy and Resources and the Minister of Municipal Affairs authorize the holder of a mining lease or mining concession to dispose of lots, they may compel him to pay a portion of the price into the consolidated revenue fund and a portion into the municipal fund provided for in section 131.
