203. In no case may a lessee begin a pilot or experimental production project or enhanced recovery operations unless he has obtained the authorization of the Minister.
In no case may a lessee under a lease to produce petroleum or natural gas suspend production for more than 30 days except for reasons considered valid by the Minister.
