Section 36.2.1
Disposition versions
36.2.1. If an objection is addressed to it in accordance with section 36.2, the board shall call a hearing to allow any interested person to make representations.
At least 10 days before the hearing, the board shall send to the applicant and to any person who has filed an objection or intervention, by registered mail or by service on the person, a notice indicating the date, place and time fixed by it for the holding of the hearing.
