121.0.1. If the court considers it necessary for the purposes of this Act, it may cause any machine required to be registered under this Act to be analysed. The costs of such analysis shall be included in the costs of the proceeding.

121.0.1. Where property is seized under this Act, the Court may order its confiscation on proof that the Act or the rules or regulations thereunder have been contravened.
Except as otherwise provided under this Act, the Attorney General must apply to the Court for confiscation of all that may be confiscated under this Act.
