16. The investigation units designated by the Government continue to carry out their mandates in their field of competence, within their respective department or body, in accordance with their responsibilities and powers under the law. In addition, they must(1) carry out any investigation requested by the Commissioner and inform the Commissioner of the start of any penal or criminal investigation;
(2) provide the Associate Commissioner for Investigations with any information useful to the Commissioner’s functions; and
(3) report to the Associate Commissioner for Investigations on the progress made in investigations.
