64. Without the prior authorization of the Gouvernement, the Corporation shall not:(a) acquire, hold or alienate interests in any undertaking whose objects are similar to those of the Corporation;
(b) make a contract binding it for more than five years;
(c) contract a loan which increases to more than $500,000 the total amounts borrowed by it and not yet repaid;
(d) make agreements with any government, corporation or association respecting matters within its competence;
(e) make a contract of any kind respecting moveable or immoveable property in consideration of a sum of more than $25,000.
