17. The liquidator or liquidators shall make a return to the Inspector General of Financial Institutions of such meeting having been held, and also of such meeting having confirmed the account, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted.
The Inspector General shall make an entry in the register indicating that the return was transmitted to him, and the company shall be dissolved from the date of such entry.
However, where a cooperative is wound up, the return shall be transmitted to the Minister of Industry, Trade, Science and Technology. The latter shall send a notice to the Inspector General indicating that he has received the return.
