364. (1)  The director general of elections shall deliver, on application therefor and on payment of twelve and one-half cents per one hundred words, certified copies of or extracts from any writ, electoral list, poll-book, report, return or other document in his possession respecting any election, except the ballot-papers.
(2)  Such copies or extracts so certified shall be prima facie evidence before any judge or tribunal in Québec.
