324. (1)  The judge shall also summon the returning-officer and the election-clerk to attend on the day and at the place indicated and to bring with them the ballot-boxes with their contents.
(2)  The returning-officer and the election-clerk shall be bound to obey such order and the returning-officer shall delay making his return to the director general of elections until he receives from the judge a certificate of the result of the recount or re-addition.
